I wish I could give Wanis higher than 5 stars in all of these areas! It was a pleasure working with him on our first home purchase - not only was he professional, knowledgeable, etc (all the skills listed above), but he also brought his sincere and caring personality to the work. We had no idea what to expect when buying our first home. We found a place we liked and requested a tour through Zillow. Shortly after we received a message from Wanis, which kickstarted a whirlwind month and a half of tours, texts, and negotiation. Wanis was there through it all. He gave us honest advice, was incredibly responsive, and was always patient with our repeated questions. We got our townhouse on our first offer, and I'd definitely attribute it to Wanis.
